In 2005, Technical Glass Products took over the distribution of Pilkington Profilit channel glass in the USA. As a product manager, Tysen Gannon was charged with producing fast results for the new product. By quickly ramping up technical know-how, collaborating with the marketing team to create stand-out collateral and sales tools and developing quality presentation content to introduce the product to the American architectural community, immediate sales revenues were achieved. Tysen worked aggressively with inside and outside sales, project management and engineering team members as well as supply chain partners to build the project into a collaborative effort, ensuring that sales and customer satisfaction exceeded expectations. The product is now widely known amongst American architects and has been featured on high profile projects such as Neiman Marcus (Natick, MA), The Portland International Airport (Portland, OR), Massachusetts General Hospital Sports Medicine Clinic (Boston, MA) and the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego amongst many others.

Based on this track record of performance, in 2008 TGP gave Tysen the opportunity to develop the sales launch for the innovative SteelBuilt Curtainwall Series product. Her efforts and the unique attributes of the product have ensured a strong pipeline of quality projects. In her roles as a product and business development manager, Tysen has earned respect for the outstanding quality of her presentations to top architecture firms and industry conferences as well for her dedication to working with customers and colleagues throughout the design, sales and project management phases.

Gannon Associates brings great results to great products by going beyond sales to achieve business development. Tysen uses comprehensive strategies that include sales, marketing, supply chain, knowledge management, vendor and green considerations to get maximum results for the short and long term.
